The heated mirror in the bathroom was a delightful touch!

The plumbing issues made showering quite frustrating.

Clean room, but shower lacked a non-skid mat for safety.

The stay was quite decent, especially given the friendly staff who were very accommodating during our visit. The location was a big plus, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as the Winter Gardens and the Cathedral. the breakfast selection could improve as it felt a bit limited. the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

Check for local transport options. the staff can recommend great connections you might miss otherwise.

The hotel offered plenty of space for my family, with a cozy double and single bed setup that was perfect for our stay with my mother. We enjoyed the close proximity to major sites and the relaxed atmosphere made...  

I appreciated the speedy check-in and room upgrade, but the uncomfortable chair and insufficient lighting in the room detracted from the experience.

The staff were beyond helpful, one even went outta their way to ensure our request for a quiet room was met. You won’t believe how comfy those beds were. even my kid could sleep through anything!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still decent.

Consider asking for fresh milk for tea during your stay, as it can significantly enhance your experience.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and quieter nights away from street noise.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the comfort of my spacious room and the solid tea and coffee options available. I loved the chance to unwind in the cozy lounge area and the refreshing pool after a day out. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my taste, but overall, I’d recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! 😊

The bathroom felt outdated, with cracked sinks and some areas showing signs of mold, particularly in the shower's grouting. Parking isn't directly at the hotel but in a public multi-storey about a short walk away, which can be a bit sketchy if you've got valuable wheels. Notably, the air conditioning struggled to chill the room effectively, leaving it stuffy at times. Also, communication regarding parking inquiries went unanswered, which added a layer of frustration. During my stay, I experienced disturbances from loud noise outside, particularly from nearby club activities that went on into the early morning hours.

The service was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Tanya at reception made us feel extra special by acknowledging our anniversary. Our upgraded room was a surprise, complete with bubbly and a sweet note, making our stay...  

great stay but few misses

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options that catered to our family's tastes. Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The central location was convenient, but the noise from outside was somewhat disruptive.

We got a Complete Ticket to the cool local attractions for £24.90. Great location near everything. The bar was really nice to hang out in after a long day exploring, and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy...  

Very comfortable room and pleasant staff, but parking was a hassle in the rain.
